  I have been trying to obtain my Jamaican Passport and some of the reviews and stories that I have heard and read make me cringe. Well today I tried calling the Miami office and i spoke with the most attentive and professional person Stephanie. I believe she is the receptionist but she was so very helpful. I don't know if my papers are OK but after speaking with her i believe there is hope for all the people who have had bad experiences. I hope that everyone who calls the office get to speak with Stephanie. Way to go Stephanie. Job well done. :)
