  Called Carl Jenkins on March 15,2018 spoke with his secretary Karina. Advised me Carl is in meetings all week will get back to me next week. I'm still waiting. Don't bother to contact me now bc the effect would not be the same!! Very disappointed in customer service. You pride on being above the rest and now you have become like the rest.
