  Ive had a case with them since 2012 my mom & I process at the same time different lawyers it only took a year and a half for her to have her case closed. Til this day I get the same answer every time i call to get a update. Some of the receptionist are rude. The lawyer that was working on my case no longer works with them and i was never imformed. When they need us to pay for something they call everyday until you do so. I needed my address change on my file because we moved and was told it would cost me 200 to have them do it or i can do it my self I asked a simple question and was told that they couldnt help me thats why they have some one to do it when we pay like really just for a address change. Either they need to have a better team or close firm. Our dreams and hopes seem to just be let down feels like money has just been blown out the window while playing with our future.

  I call to this office this week to get a update with a case that we have with them for more than 9 years, when i call first the case was no in the system, them one of the lawyer Maritza call me and she was so unprofessional and rude she hang up the phone on me., when i was trying to explain her my case because she was so loss, as today we don't have any update in our case. I was not going to give any star. 000000
