  Rrinoplasty / Septoplasty . NOT SATISFIED !!!! I consider he may be good at some minor procedures also also very good at initial consultations, friendly staff etc. But I should have never trusted. He was so sure he said in two years the nose would be straight two years have passed now a cartilage is sticking out of my 19 year old son's nose.about $20.000 surgery Bad experience. At the initial consultation he represented himself as an expert on this type of procedure he said the procedure would restore normal breathing, he said that the nose would be "straighter". And that it was a no major invasive surgery, that it would be minor swelling during the recovery. He was so sure that convinced me to go ahead with the procedure big mistake on my part.
  
  Unfortunately, after going through several weeks of pain and suffering and several follow up visits. It appears to me the procedure was a sham. The breathing condition has not changed, the nose lost its shape and now there seems to be another problem that may connected to the previous procedure according to the ENT expert. I have informed and have attempted to contact Perlyn by phone several times with no avail.
