  I purchased a ticket and waited at a bus stop for 15 minutes. When bus didn't arrive spoke to concierge at hotel who told me I needed to go to another bus stop. I then took 2 buses to get to the Jaguar Restaurant stop. Waited an hour. Bus didn't arrive. Have emailed twice and not been able to get a refund. It was the only day I had spare to go on the bus and was so disappointed that I never got to see Miami and I wasted 3 hours. It's really bad that their website promoted the blue line, but it wasn't operating.
