  Terrible customer service!!! I had no problem paying $5 for my "valet service" even though the attendant didn't even move my car because I told him I would be gone for ten minutes. When I got back, no attendant was at the stand, when he finally arrived he asked me for $10 because the system read 18mins, (3 minutes over the $5 mark) They were no help when I explained the issue and insisted on me going to the office to get a $5 refund!!!! What a rip off!

  Got charged for my time waiting!!!! They only had one attendant...and a line of people. Got charged $15 for 1hr and 4min of parking when i was gone for less than 1 hr. Thieves.
