  Horrible customer service. Do not go here they will rip you off when you return their own product they sold you .Should be reported to the better business bureau because the employees has no absolutely no respect or etiquette to the consumer. I Asked to speak to the manager and no one knows the manager name. How is it possible that no one in the entire store does not know the store manager name. The sales person a light skin guy with tattoos said to me I hope you don't come back to make a purchase here ever again
  because I was returning product and and he also said to me that this is Jonny's auto parts this is not a normal place of business in America. This is not a good example of customer service and is not a good way to run a business. It is a perfect example of how not to run a business and chase customers away. The owner should really look at his employees. Poor customer service can turn into lawsuits and ruin a business. I'm never going back there. Everyone I know that goes there said that they are rude and disrespectful. I was going to let this one go but I'm going back to speak with the manager if one exists. If not they will definitely be on the news.
