  My old Kitchen Aid dryer stopped working 3 times in the last year. My appliance guy suggested I get the dryer vent cleaned. Considering the dryer was 20 years old, I opted for a brand new Maytag dryer. Before it was delivered, however, I thought I should get the dryer vent checked out just in case it was clogged. Dan came promptly and you wouldn't believe the mountain of lint that came out of the vent. If it wasn't for Dan I could only imagine the damage that lint would have done to my new Maytag. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone!

  I had a repair person come to replace the heating element in my dryer for the second time in a year. He pulled out a 6 foot snake of lint from somewhere inside the mechanism of the dryer (not the little lint screen). One part of it was actually burned! This could easily have caused a house fire! He said we are supposed to have a dryer vent cleaner come about every two years to clean out the vent that runs through the wall... what?!?! We had never heard of that, and have had the machine for 9 years!!! We called Dan and he called right back, and came the next working day. He was SUPER nice, honest, and showed me photos of all the areas they cleaned and all the lint taken out of them... WOW! There was a ton of junk! We are soooo thankful to have heard about the need to do this, and SO happy that we chose Dan/Miami vent Pros!! :)))
